True Leadership is the foundation of all great teams. The Holmen Football Program prides itself on identifying and developing individuals that aspire to grow as people and teammates. Leadership meetings take place in Room 510 at the high school on Wednesday mornings during the school year. Players have weekly readings on the idea of leadership and what it will take to develop personally and as a teammate. Anyone looking to become a leader is welcome to attend.
This season the Captains for the Varsity Football Team will be selected through an interview process. Players that will be sophomores, juniors, or seniors for the 2023 season are able to apply.
